About Talent Bridge

The story of Talent Bridge started in August 2020. With a long background within recruitment and talent management at Netlight, LinkedIn and Google, Andreas Persson started the company to build a recruitment business of the future.

Talent Bridge brings experience and curiosity for new innovative methods and technologies. We support everything from fast-scaling startups to global enterprises, and we do this through a talent centric model.

Locations

Our largest client base is in Sweden, but as we are a remote company and run recruitment sessions online, our clients can be located all across the world.

Industries

As we perform the sessions together with you as a client, we can be industry independent. Most clients are within Tech (SaaS, MedTech, AI, Deep Tech), but we also run assignments in industries such as Real Estate, Vet industry, Space, Finance, HR.
