About us
With a background from recruitment and talent management at Google, LinkedIn and Netlight, Andreas Persson founded Talent Bridge in August 2020 to bring best practice, new methods and technologies to build an agile recruitment business of the future.
Connecting Talents and Building Bridges: At Talent Bridge, we see 'Talent' as the unique strengths and perspectives each individual brings, and 'Bridge' as the connection we foster. Our mission is rooted in building bridges - between people, between people and organizations, and between organizations and society. We believe sustainable success is achieved by nurturing and valuing these connections and perspectives at all three levels - people, organization, and society.
Our values
Diversity & Inclusion: This core value underscores the importance of embracing a wide range of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. Diversity isn't limited to race, gender, or age; it extends to thoughts, ideologies, and life experiences. Inclusion involves creating an environment where all individuals feel valued, respected, and have equal opportunities to thrive. This value is critical in fostering innovation, understanding, and problem-solving capabilities by ensuring a multitude of viewpoints are represented and heard.
People (Individual Level): At the individual level, this value emphasizes the importance of each person in the organization. It recognizes that every team member is unique, with their own aspirations, strengths, and potential. The focus here is on personal development, respect for individuality, and enabling each person to contribute their best. This can include professional growth, work-life balance, and ensuring a supportive and nurturing work environment.
Organization (Institutional Level): At this level, the focus shifts to how the organization operates internally and its role in the lives of its members. This includes fostering a collaborative culture, ethical practices, transparency, and accountability. The organization seeks to be a place where people are proud to work, with a strong sense of community and shared purpose. It also involves looking at how the organization's policies and practices can support the well-being and development of its people.
Society (Societal Level): This value reflects the organization's commitment to making a positive impact on society. It involves understanding the broader societal context in which the organization operates and striving to contribute positively to communities and the environment. This can mean engaging in corporate social responsibility initiatives, advocating for social justice, environmental sustainability, and looking beyond the organization's immediate interests to consider the wider impact of its actions on society.
